70's Party Night - Friday 22nd September 2017
Wow – what a great time we had!
It took a tremendous amount of effort from Susan Grant and her team of helpers, but it was certainly worth it, the evening raised £2,060.38!
The Asda ladies gave a helping hand, Brenda from Bedminster store and Mary from Whitchurch came along and helped plate up the ploughmans suppers.
Caron Honour and Cath Palmer helped with the event and decorations and Wrapped to Perfection sorted the raffle gifts and decorated the venue with daisys and sunflowers for the event.
Thanks also go to The Coop in Hanham, Greggs the Bakers in Keynsham, Fleurtations florist in Hanham and Flowers for You in Keynsham.
Prizes were given by Tesco and Morrisons, Fonthill Garden Centre and Chiefs Trading Post also donated vouchers for the raffle.
So many people contributed to the overall success. Well done and a huge “Thank you” to all who volunteered their time, donated raffle prizes, contributed towards the ploughman’s supper and to everyone that came along on the evening. Your support is very much appreciated by all at B.U.S.T
Guests pulled out the all the stops and dressed to impress in fabulous 70’s fashion and with live music from Simon Cawthorn & The Diagnostics and DJ Jimmy Gee the dance floor buzzing all night
